Geeft als lector leiding aan de kenniskring Smart Cities. Haar onderzoek richt zich op de mogelijkheden en de risico’s van informatietechnologie en nieuwe media in de publieke ruimte. Het betreft toegepast onderzoek waarin samenwerking met studenten, bedrijven en overheidsinstellingen een belangrijke rol speelt.
